Individual Homes

There will be 40 homes in River Trail Cohousing:

15 - 1 bedroom/1bath ranging in size from 636 square feet to 678 square feet, all in the multi-family building

10 - 2 bedroom/1bath ranging in size from 805 square feet to 832 square feet, (6 - in the multi-family building; & 4 townhouses) 

3 - 2 bedroom/2 office/1 ½ bath with 1296 square feet, all in the multi-family building

8 - 3 bedrooms/1 ½ bathrooms ranging in size from 1243 square feet to 1251 square feet (all duplex townhouses) 

2 - 4 bedrooms/2bath with 1360 square feet, both duplex townhouses

2 - 3 bedroom/2 bathrooms with 1230 square feet, both townhouses with a huge rooftop area overlooking the Commons

Each home has a large open-concept area, with a kitchen and living/dining room area. Half of the homes in the multi-family building share a large common balcony facing the Commons garden, while the other half face the park, forest and river, enjoying Juliette balconies. The 2 bedroom / 2 office homes wrap around the south end of the multi-family building, enjoying 3 sides of windows. The duplex townhouses are plumbed for washers/dryers, but some may wish to use that space for other purposes; the multi-family homes are not, as they are directly connected to the Common House laundry facilities.

Homes are designed for accessibility, with wide doorways, ideal for aging in place.  Deeded parking, including storage space above, is located under the multifamily building, available for 21 resident members. Member storage is also available in the lower level of the Commons House. The infrastructure is wired for EV charges in the parking garage as well as for the surface guest parking, which may include a shared EV vehicle in the future.
